How We Work

Whether a green field development or a refurbishment, every project is different and has unique and specific needs.  Our systematic process works collaboratively with clients, designers, and project teams to develop a comprehensive plan to successfully deliver the project’s FF&E goals.

INITIAL MEETING

The design and procurement process involve a preliminary meeting in which the scope of the project, the client’s goals and vision, and the timeline is discussed.

PRE-APPROVAL OF DESIGN & DRAWINGS

This process takes the design intent/concept from the information gathered at the initial meeting. During this stage, we will offer you a range of ideas, concepts, and compare alternate solutions, preliminary plans and drawings, and initial estimated cost.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT TO APPROVAL

Exploration of the design materials and finishes for final approval is completed.  Potential Supply Partners are brought into the process. If required, a mock-room is installed for quality and design approval.  Production shop drawings are produced for client approval, along with conformation of pricing.

PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION

For FF&E that is custom made, Pre-Production samples are first produced for final approval.  This provides another opportunity to further improve or alter the design to ensure it meets the clients needs.

Inspection of all raw materials is also done at this stage to ensure compliance with client specifications.

QUALITY CONTROL

We are constantly present at our Supply Partners manufacturing site to personally undertake the Quality Control to ensure we deliver, on time, the quality FF&E agreed with our client. This process is managed from the production through to packaging and shipment.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION

This inspection guarantees the conformity of production to the client’s specifications. All packaging and quantities are verified to avoid breakage during shipment.

LOCAL LOGISTICS AND INSTALLATION

We tailor the local storage, delivery and installation to meet the requirements of the project to ensure the reality meets the initial concept and quality.
