For the refurbishment of 190 rooms, The Source Co supplied custom FF&E and joinery for the guest rooms, restaurant and lobby bar. The package included headboards, bedside tables, minibars with quartz stone tops, television panels, decorative panels, automatic roller blinds, room furniture, restaurant tables and chairs, lobby bar swivel chairs and solid wood ottomans.

The Source Co supplied the furniture and joinery package for the transformation of the Auckland waterfront property into M Social Auckland. Printed feature panels and automatic blinds supported the guest room design, while the restaurant and lobby furniture included pieces made to the architect’s selected finishes and tabletop design. The result was a consistent scheme across the rooms and public spaces.
