For 48 guest rooms, The Source Co supplied and installed FF&E and OS&E including wardrobes, minibars, upholstered headboards and side tables, beds and bedding, sofa beds, desks and chairs, dining and coffee tables, curtains and sheers, framed artwork, televisions, bins and luggage racks.

Project story

The Source Co first worked with Cook Brothers Construction to manufacture and install the custom built wardrobes and minibars, coordinating the work with the wider construction programme. The team then worked directly with the developer to complete the guest room FF&E and OS&E package, including New Zealand artwork. The result was a complete and consistent room package ready for the hotel opening.
