For 180 residences, The Source Co supplied custom FF&E for guest rooms, public areas and outdoor spaces. The package included dining tables and chairs, desk chairs, coffee tables, upholstered tub and wingback chairs, public area side tables, aluminium outdoor dining tables with ceramic tops, Viro wicker cabana chairs and teak loungers.

The furniture needed to suit daily hotel use and the tropical conditions in Port Moresby. The Source Co worked with offshore manufacturers to supply the specified designs and finishes, with materials selected for durability, weather resistance and ease of maintenance. The result was a coordinated furniture package across the residences and shared areas.
