For 58 guest rooms, The Source Co supplied custom joinery and FF&E including headboards, bedside tables, integrated wardrobes, luggage racks, minibars with quartz stone tops, desks, bathroom vanities, and family room kitchenettes with quartz stone tops.

When Jet Park Hotels took over management of the Hamilton property, the guest rooms were refurbished to align with the standards and style used across the group. The Source Co supplied the custom room package to the project specifications, providing a consistent finish and making practical use of the available space. The scope was limited to the guest rooms and did not include public areas.
